Terms of Service

By creating an EaseRecord account, accessing the service, or using its features, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement where you live. EaseRecord is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for a minor’s permitted use of the service.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity that occurs through your account.

Notify EaseRecord promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

EaseRecord provides tools for organizing personal records, important dates, recurrence preferences, and eligible reminders. Available features and limits depend on your plan.

EaseRecord is an organizational convenience. It is not a financial adviser, attorney, medical provider, insurer, government agency, emergency service, or official document repository.

Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or removed as the service develops.

You retain responsibility for the information and images you enter or upload. You confirm that you have the right to use that content and that storing it through EaseRecord does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

You grant EaseRecord permission to process, store, display, optimize, transmit, and delete your content as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the service.

You are responsible for checking the accuracy of every record, date, amount, recurrence choice, organization, reference number, and reminder preference.

EaseRecord attempts to process eligible reminders according to the record information and settings saved in your account. Reminder delivery is not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed, blocked, filtered, rejected, or prevented by incorrect information, provider outages, spam filtering, mobile-carrier rules, plan limits, technical problems, or circumstances outside EaseRecord’s control.

You remain responsible for tracking important dates and acting on obligations even if a reminder is not received. Do not rely on EaseRecord as your only method of remembering a payment, renewal, expiration, filing, appointment, or other important event.

Records marked monthly or yearly continue advancing to their next applicable date while they remain active. They do not have a separate end-date setting.

To stop future processing, you must change the recurrence, deactivate or archive the record, or permanently delete it. You are responsible for reviewing recurring dates and keeping them accurate.

Text reminders are limited to eligible plans and verified United States mobile numbers. Separate consent is required before text reminders can be sent.

Message frequency depends on your records and reminder selections. Message and data rates may apply. Monthly text allowances do not roll over, and EaseRecord does not automatically charge SMS overages.

Text-message features remain subject to provider and mobile carrier availability. Additional requirements are described in the SMS Terms and Consent page.

Eligible plans may store one private receipt photo per record. Accepted uploads are processed and optimized before private storage.

Receipt-photo storage is provided for convenience. Do not treat EaseRecord as the only copy of an original receipt, legal document, tax record, warranty document, or other information you must preserve.

A stored receipt is deleted when it is replaced, removed, or when its associated record is permanently deleted.

EaseRecord may offer free and paid plans with different record limits, reminder channels, monthly text allowances, and storage features.

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-provider charges may apply depending on your location and payment method.

Paid plans, renewals, cancellations, plan changes, and billing-related rules are also governed by the Subscription and Cancellation Policy presented when those services are available.

EaseRecord may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, security work, provider failures, internet conditions, or other operational reasons.

EaseRecord may establish reasonable limits, modify features, or suspend parts of the service when necessary to protect customers, comply with law, prevent misuse, or maintain reliable operation.

EaseRecord and its service design, branding, software, written materials, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These terms provide a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of EaseRecord or its technology to you.

You may stop using EaseRecord at any time. Account-deletion assistance may be requested through the Contact page and may require identity verification.

EaseRecord may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of misuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, violation of these terms, or risk to the service or other customers.

Provisions that reasonably should continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute obligations, will remain effective.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EaseRecord is provided “as is” and “as available.” No promise is made that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

EaseRecord does not guarantee that reminders will be delivered, records will satisfy legal requirements, uploaded information will remain available forever, or use of the service will prevent fees, losses, missed deadlines, or other consequences.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EaseRecord will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including losses caused by missed reminders, unavailable records, lost data, service interruption, or third-party providers.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those locations, these provisions apply only to the extent legally permitted.
