Security practices

Protecting account information is an ongoing responsibility. EaseRecord currently uses established application and infrastructure controls to reduce risk and protect access to user accounts.

Secure account access

Passwords are protected using Laravel's secure password hashing. New accounts require email verification, and password recovery uses time-limited reset links.

Encrypted connections

EaseRecord is served over HTTPS so information transmitted between your browser and the service is protected in transit.

Controlled application storage

User records and eligible uploaded files are handled through authenticated application access rather than being intentionally exposed as publicly browsable content.

Tested releases

Application changes are tested before deployment, and production workflows are verified after significant releases.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe.

Payment card information is entered through Stripe's hosted checkout experience. EaseRecord does not store full payment card numbers on its application servers.

Subscription activation and billing status are synchronized between Stripe and EaseRecord through signed webhook events.

Infrastructure and operations

EaseRecord currently operates on Hostinger infrastructure. Production deployments use a controlled Git-based release process, PHP 8.4, database migrations, framework cache optimization, and post-deployment verification.

Backup procedures, restore testing, monitoring coverage, and additional operational documentation are being reviewed as part of the private-beta readiness process. We will publish more specific commitments only after those practices are verified.

Reliability and active development

EaseRecord is an actively developed service. Core workflows are supported by automated tests and production verification before they are considered complete.

Account reliability

Registration, email verification, login, logout, password recovery, and account deletion workflows are tested.

Reminder reliability

Reminder scheduling, duplicate prevention, recurring-date advancement, and production email delivery have been verified.

Billing reliability

Stripe test checkout, signed webhook processing, subscription activation, and account synchronization have been verified.

Honest limitations

We do not claim protections or certifications we have not earned.

EaseRecord does not currently claim independent penetration testing, third-party security certification, guaranteed uptime, or a published backup-retention standard. Those areas remain part of ongoing operational work and will be documented when they are formally established and verified.
